Someone recently asked if I revisit past images and she strongly suggested that I should take another look at one of her favorite images at my
site, “Lady In Red,” never one foolish enough to ignore the interests of a lovely young woman, especially when she turns out to be not only enticingly
beautiful but right. But then again, I do love a challenge.
I started out with the original Poser file from the “Lady In Red” image I created back in 2009. The flatness of the woman’s skin tones immediately drew my attention followed by the glaring issue of her V4 shoulder to upper arm collisions, and that foggy look of her wine glass. Add the quaint Poser 4 look of that old Dendras Iron Maiden and I knew I had to do something. OK, and the enticing promise of a beautiful woman’s intimate attentions helped...
So, I fixed the unseemly shoulder and upper arm collisions, retextured the wine glass, added subsurface scattering to V4’s texture, and replaced the direct lighting with indirect lighting. All this rendered in Poser Pro 2012 with serious post work in Photoshop. Oh, and I replaced the outdated Dendras Iron Maiden with the one I worked with Davo for his Dungeon 3 product set.
Oh, and Jessica. Stocking, high heels, and your wrists locked behind your back in handcuffs Saturday night. You can wear gloves if you like...
I love it when an image comes together, enjoy!
